2. Products and Services
NIVOFA offers cookware and kitchen products, including frying pans, ceramic nonstick cookware, stainless steel cookware, Dutch ovens, woks, and cookware sets.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, and specifications are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen settings.
3. One-Time Purchase
All products sold through NIVOFA are offered as one-time purchases.
Purchases are not subscriptions, memberships, automatic renewals, or recurring-charge transactions. Customers will not be automatically charged again after completing an order.
Each order represents a separate one-time sale.
4. Orders and Payment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
An order is considered submitted after the customer completes checkout and payment authorization is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers will receive available shipping information after the order has been processed.
Processing times may be affected by weekends, holidays, unusually high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Shipping
NIVOFA currently ships products to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped.
Orders may be shipped using available carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the applicable return conditions.
Returned products should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
Products that have been used extensively, damaged through improper use, or otherwise cannot reasonably be resold may not qualify for a return.
For approved quality-related returns, NIVOFA will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For returns that are not related to product quality or an error by NIVOFA, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing
After an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will generally be issued within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
9. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using cookware according to applicable product instructions and reasonable kitchen safety practices.
Cookware should be used only for its intended purpose. Customers should follow applicable temperature, cleaning, handling, and storage instructions provided with the product.
